1.1. The privacy policy of Collectin.eu, managed by Nordic Pirates, MB, applies in cases where a person submits their personal data to the website through the collectin.eu web portal. This privacy policy governs the core principles and procedures for the collection, processing, and storage of personal data of the collectin.eu online store and its customers. By providing your personal data in the e-shop, you agree that collectin.eu will manage and process them for the purposes, by the means, and in accordance with the procedures set out in this privacy policy and applicable legal acts.
1.2. The Seller ensures the security and confidentiality of the Personal Information of Visitors and Customers provided through the Website, in accordance with the terms set out in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is an integral and inseparable part of these Rules, the purpose of which is to protect and defend the Personal Information of the Website's Customers and Visitors against unauthorized use.
1.3. The Seller is a personal data controller registered in the State Register of Personal Data Controllers. Acting as a personal data controller, the Seller has the right to process the Personal Data of Visitors and Customers, including but not limited to: for the purposes of e-commerce, direct marketing, and other purposes, in accordance with the procedures specified in this Privacy Policy and/or any other document of the Rules.
1.4. By submitting Personal Information through the Website, you confirm that you agree to the Privacy Policy and the Rules, and you also confirm that your Personal Information may be processed in accordance with the procedures set out in the Privacy Policy. We draw your attention to the fact that the Privacy Policy is mandatory for any person who visits the Website and/or, by using the tools installed therein, purchases Goods or otherwise uses the Website or any part thereof, as well as any services, tools, or any other content of the Website. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, you may not use the Website or any services, tools available on the Website, or any other content of the Website.
1.5. Your Personal Information may be processed by the Seller not only in the country where it was collected but also in other countries where the legal acts regulating the processing of Personal Information may be less strict. The Customer also understands and agrees that Personal Information, as well as any other information collected by the Seller related to the Customer, may be stored both in the Republic of Lithuania and in any other country. By using the Website, the Customer consents to the transfer of the aforementioned information outside the Customer's country.
1.6. To notify Us of a violation of the Privacy Policy, or if you have any questions, claims, or require Our assistance regarding the interpretation or application of the Privacy Policy, please contact us by email at info@collectin.eu. We will respond to your written inquiries within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of receipt of the inquiry.

2.1. Terms and expressions capitalized in the Privacy Policy are defined in the Website Terms of Use, other documents of the Rules, and/or other requirements and instructions available on the Website, except for cases where the capitalized terms in this document, including its preamble, are assigned the meaning specified below:
2.1.1. Personal Data – Personal Information about a Visitor and/or Customer who is a natural person. Personal data is considered to be any information related to a natural person – a data subject whose identity is known or can be directly or indirectly identified by using data such as a personal identification code, one or more features of a physical, physiological, psychological, economic, cultural, or social nature characteristic of the person.
2.1.2. Cookies – small files sent to your browser and stored on your computer, phone, or other device. Their purpose is to help websites remember your past actions.
Anonymity and Automated Processing of Anonymous Information
3.1. The tools implemented on the Website enable its anonymous use, i.e., in such a way that only Anonymous Information is collected about You through the Website's tools. Both Visitors and Customers who are not logged into their Account may use the Website anonymously. You may use the Website anonymously until you decide otherwise or until you decide to perform actions on the Website that require the disclosure of Your Personal Information (for example, creating an Account or logging into your Account, placing an Order for Goods (including placing an Order as a Guest), etc.).
3.2. The Website does not automatically collect any of Your Personal Information. Please note that the Website automatically collects the following Anonymous Data about You:
3.2.1. Data contained in Cookie files. More detailed information regarding the Cookie usage policy is provided in the Cookie Policy section of this Privacy Policy;
3.2.2. The Website may also collect information normally collected by system administrators, i.e., connection logs. The information contained in the connection logs may include, among other things, the IP address, the connection platform and internet browser, the internet service provider, and the address of the page from which the Visitor and/or Customer, who is not logged into their Account, arrived at the Website.
3.2.3. Certain subcategories of the Website and other means of communication with the Customer may include so-called "Web Beacons". Web Beacons are used to evaluate the effectiveness of the Seller's advertising. This data will not be linked to the Personal Information provided by You. This data will be archived and used for statistical analysis and for evaluating the global movement of the Website's Visitors and/or Customers. Web Beacons allow the collection of information such as the IP address, URL page number, Website loading time, browser type, and information contained in cookies.
Collection and Use
4.1. Each time a Visitor and/or Customer who is not logged into their Account visits the Website, the Seller's servers temporarily store information about the connecting device, i.e., the Anonymous Information listed in Section 3.2 of the Privacy Policy. During this procedure, regardless of the actions of the Visitor and/or Customer who is not logged into their Account, the specified Anonymous Information is automatically collected and stored until it is deleted automatically and/or manually. This Anonymous Information is collected and processed to enable the Visitor and/or Customer who is not logged into their Account to use the Website (to connect), to guarantee continuous system security and stability, to enable technical administration of the network infrastructure, as well as to optimize the activities of the Website and the Seller, and for internal statistical purposes. Furthermore, the IP address may be investigated and used in cases of violations of the Rules, attacks against the Website infrastructure, for statistical purposes, and in other cases as provided for in this Privacy Policy or applicable laws.
4.2. Once the Customer logs into their Account, the Seller collects and stores Personal Information that identifies the Customer. In such cases, the following Personal Information about You may be collected and stored:
4.2.1. First and last name, email address, postal address, phone number, other contact information, and any other information provided in Your Account; when the Customer wishes to receive an Invoice for the purchased Goods, for the purposes of issuing and receiving Invoices – financial information provided by You when purchasing the Goods;
4.2.2. Information about Your actions as a Customer on the Website (including the history of purchased Goods);
4.2.3. For the purposes of Website administration, the Seller may also collect information about the device you use to connect to the Website (for example, a personal computer, laptop, mobile phone, etc.);
4.2.4. Other information related to Your actions on the Website while purchasing Goods or using the Website, including the device identification number, login information, page view statistics, and data regarding standard login information;
4.2.5. Additional information from You or about You that is not separately described in this document (for example, information related to Your inquiries to the Seller);
4.2.6. Other information that You provide on the Website, including the choice of whether or not to receive promotional offers from the Seller, as defined in the Advertising and Online Surveys section of the Privacy Policy.
4.3. The primary purpose of collecting Your Personal Information is to ensure that operations performed while using the Website and purchasing Goods proceed smoothly and without interruption, and that all operations are secure, efficient, and individually tailored. You agree and confirm that the Seller has the right to use Your Personal Information, including that specified in Section 4.2 of the Privacy Policy, for the following purposes:
4.3.1. For identifying Customers on the Website and administering Customer Accounts;
4.3.2. For processing orders of Goods, selling and delivering Goods to the Customer, and ensuring access to the services and information offered on the Website;
4.3.3. For improving the Website and adapting it to Your needs, i.e., adapting, evaluating, and improving: I) the execution of sale and purchase transactions of Goods using the tools of the Website; II) Website services; III) Website content; and/or IV) advertising;
4.3.4. For handling complaints, if any;
4.3.5. For verifying data sent from the Website;
4.3.6. For conducting Customer demographic research;
4.3.7. For preventing, detecting, and investigating potentially prohibited or illegal activities on the Website;
4.3.8. For informing You about the Seller's Goods;
4.3.9. Subject to Your separate consent, for the purposes of direct marketing;
4.3.10. For providing other Website services and support to You, for other purposes specified in this Privacy Policy, as well as for other purposes indicated in specific cases when the information is collected.
4.4. The provision of Personal Information specified in Section 4.2 of the Privacy Policy and the consent to its processing are voluntary; however, they are necessary for You to be able to use the Website properly and fully, including enabling the Seller to properly fulfill the orders of Goods submitted by You.
4.5. The Seller stores factual data about Your orders of Goods; however, in order to ensure the security of Your data, the Seller does not have direct access to such data. As Customers, You can obtain all information regarding the orders of Goods submitted to the Seller by logging into Your Account. Using the tools installed in the Account, You can view Your orders of Goods and change Your contact details. You must protect Your Account access data and not disclose it to third parties, in compliance with the requirements and procedures specified in the Rules.
4.6. Information collected by the Seller during Your registration and/or participation in surveys is also used to improve Website services and to meet Customer needs and preferences, including the use of information for direct marketing purposes, insofar as it relates to the Website services provided to You.
4.7. In accordance with the Privacy Policy, the Seller also has the right to use Your Personal Information for its internal purposes, including contacting You via email to inform You about updates to the Goods or the Website, and to provide information related to the e-commerce transactions You enter into on the Website, etc.
4.8. Payments in the e-shop are processed using the makecommerce.lt platform, managed by Maksekeskus AS (Niine 11, Tallinn 10414, Estonia, reg. no.: 12268475); therefore, Your personal information required for the execution and confirmation of the payment will be transferred to Maksekeskus AS.
Advertising and Online Surveys
5.1. The Seller does not provide third parties with access to Your Personal Information, nor does the Seller sell any information about You to any third parties without Your separate consent.
5.2. Only upon receiving Your separate consent, provided by filling out registration forms or in another manner (e.g., via a so-called "check-box"), will we send the Seller's commercial/advertising information—newsletters and other materials—to Your specified contact email address and/or phone number. With Your consent, we will send such information (e.g., newsletters) to You via SMS messages and/or Your email address. Your consent, given for us to send such information to You, is voluntary, is not necessary for the fulfillment of orders of Goods, and may be withdrawn at any time. If You do not provide a separate consent but later decide that You wish to receive the commercial/advertising information from the Seller specified in this clause, or in the event that You decide to opt-out of receiving such information, You may at any time submit a request to us via email: info@collectin.eu or by using other Website settings (if applicable).
5.3. In any case, You may not opt-out of receiving administrative information from the Seller related to the purchase of Goods, services provided by the Seller, or the Website (including the Rules), except in cases where the Account is deleted. Furthermore, You may not opt-out of notifications sent by the Seller that contain legal information related to the purchase of Goods and/or the use of the Website.
5.4. In order to collect information regarding the preferences of Visitors and/or Customers when using the Website, as well as the preferences of Customers when purchasing Goods, the Seller may conduct surveys of Visitors and/or Customers. These surveys are optional. In the event that You decide to participate in such surveys, Your responses will remain anonymous unless otherwise specified in a particular survey. We may also organize surveys based on specific requirements, during which Customers may be requested to provide contact or demographic information, such as first name, last name, email address, and postal address. In any case, the Seller will not provide such information to any third parties, unless otherwise provided in a specific case.
Disclosure of Information
6.1. The Seller has the right to disclose Your Personal Information when required by applicable laws, as well as in the implementation of the Seller's legitimate and reasonable policies and rules that comply with legal requirements, e.g., in response to received claims or other complaints when the rights or legitimate interests of third parties are violated, or in order to protect other persons, their legitimate interests, or property.
6.2. Subject to Your separate consent, as established in Clause 4.3.9 of the Privacy Policy, the Seller has the right to disclose Your Personal Information for direct marketing purposes.
6.3. You agree and confirm that the Seller may provide Your Personal Information:
6.3.1. To the Seller's partners – third parties, whom the Seller employs as service providers for Third-Party services in the course of fulfilling an order of Goods or providing other services to You (partners providing Goods delivery, payment collection, and other services ordered by the Customer, as well as the Seller's partners providing Website support and/or maintenance, and other services that help the Seller develop business or perform other operations on the Website);
6.3.2. To other third parties when You submit a relevant request to provide Your Personal Information (or to third parties about whom You are clearly informed in another manner and where the provision of information is agreed upon while using a specific service);
6.3.3. To law enforcement authorities in accordance with the procedure established by the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania, and if it is necessary to prevent criminal acts or is necessary for their investigation;
6.3.4. To the structural units of the Seller or related companies;
6.3.5. To other business entities in the event that the Seller merges with another legal entity, if the Seller acquires another legal entity, or if the Seller is acquired by another legal entity, as well as in cases where the Website or assets related to the Website are transferred.
6.4. In the cases specified in Clause 6.3 of this Privacy Policy, the Seller shall transfer a minimum amount of Your Personal Information. Without Your explicit consent (prior or separate), the Seller will not sell, rent, or further distribute Your Personal Information to third parties, except where necessary for the implementation of the provisions established in the Privacy Policy, or where the Seller is legally obligated to do so.
6.5. The data and information provided by the Customer are known only to the Customer, the Seller, and the Seller's partners, who are obliged to maintain the confidentiality of this data and for whose actions the Seller is responsible. The Seller guarantees that as long as the Customer does not post comments or other content on the Website that will be visible to other persons using the Website, along with the data provided in such cases, the Seller will not disclose the data and information provided by the Customer to anyone, unless requested or required by entities entitled to receive such information from the Seller in accordance with applicable laws.
Rights and Obligations of Customers Related to the Processing of Their Personal Information
7.1. When registering as a Customer, i.e., opening (creating) an Account on the Website, You will be asked to provide Personal Information.
7.2. After becoming Customers, You can log in to Your Account and independently manage the Personal Information provided in the registration form, change the data provided therein, update or remove this data. If, in Your opinion, this solution is insufficient, You have the right to contact the Seller. Under the Privacy Policy, You have the right to demand that the Seller provide You with all information regarding Your data processed by the Seller. Customers also have the right to demand that such data be changed, supplemented, updated, or removed, and that errors be corrected. Customers also have the option to object to the processing of Personal Information for direct marketing purposes. Therefore, You understand and undertake to immediately update Your Personal Information if it changes or is inaccurate.
7.3. If You disclose Your password or any other Account information to other persons, You will be responsible for any and all actions performed using Your Account, unless proven otherwise. If You lose Your password, You will no longer be able to control the actions performed with Your Personal Information, and obligations may be assumed on Your behalf for which You will be responsible. Therefore, if You suspect that Your password may be used by anyone else, You should immediately notify the Seller using the contact details provided in the Privacy Policy. Your password is the key to logging into Your Account. When creating a password, use unique numbers, letters, and special characters, and do not disclose Your Account password to anyone. After logging into Your account, You can change and update Your data at any time. If You forget Your login password or experience other login problems, please contact us via email: info@collectin.eu or via other contacts specified in the Rules and change Your password used for logging into the Account.
7.4. Please note that if You log in to the Website from a shared computer or a computer in an internet cafe, certain information about You may be visible to other persons who use the computer after You. If You share a computer with other people, always log out of Your Account after you have finished using it. This is necessary even when You leave the computer for only a moment. This will ensure that unauthorized persons cannot see, use, or change the Customer's information or data.
7.5. If You do not wish for the Seller to process Your Personal Information, You may notify the Seller of such refusal at any time by submitting a request. You may submit such a request in the manner specified in Clause 7.4 of the Privacy Policy. Upon receipt of such refusal, You will lose Your Customer status and will no longer be able to use the Website as a Customer.
7.6. The Seller has the right to store Your Personal Information until the deletion of the Account, in accordance with the provisions of the Privacy Policy and (or) the Rules. Your Account is deleted and Your Personal Information is erased in accordance with the provisions of the Privacy Policy and the Rules. Upon deletion of Your Account, You will lose access to Your data on the Website, unless the Privacy Policy or the Rules provide otherwise.
7.7. In order to ensure the implementation of the purposes for collecting Personal Information provided in this Privacy Policy, Your Personal Information may be stored for no longer than 2 (two) years after Your last login to the Account. Notwithstanding the above, for justified reasons, the Seller reserves the right to establish a correspondingly shorter or longer period for the storage of Personal Information.
7.8. Without limiting the above provisions, the Seller shall in all cases retain Personal Information about Customers who have been removed due to a violation of applicable laws or the Rules.

8.2. All logins related to the execution of the Customer's payment shall, at the Customer's choice, take place by establishing a secure connection with the website being used.
8.3. We would like to draw Your attention to the fact that despite the Seller using the reasonable measures mentioned above, the Seller cannot and does not guarantee the security of Your Personal Information, as it is provided or collected over the internet. Furthermore, the measures implemented by the Seller may be insufficient if You do not follow security rules. First and foremost, Customers must not disclose their login details to third parties. Please note that the Website's tools will request such data – email address and password – only when logging into the Account. In order to prevent unauthorized persons from using Your Account, please log out after using Your Account and (or) the Website.
8.4. Through Your own actions, You can also reduce the risk of unauthorized use of Personal Information if You act prudently and choose reasonable protective measures, for example, by choosing a complex password, using the latest antivirus software, etc.

Customers also have the right to demand that such data be changed, supplemented, updated, or removed, and that errors be corrected. 10.2. The Website may contain links to other websites. The Seller does not control the content of these websites and is not responsible for it. These websites may have their own privacy policies, which we recommend You review. The Seller does not control the privacy policies and/or other rules applied to You by third parties; therefore, You are responsible and undertake to comply with them at Your own discretion and risk in cases where they apply to You. The Seller is not responsible for the privacy policies or any other content of other websites when the Website provides a link to other websites or when they provide a link to the Website. By clicking on a link, logo, or any other element of the Website, or by using the services available on the Website, including online communication, please note that by clicking on any of the aforementioned elements, You may leave the boundaries of the Website.
10.3. The Seller does not collect any information about Customers from third parties, except in cases provided for in the Privacy Policy or the Rules, as well as in instances of non-compliance with legal requirements, the Rules, or violations of third-party rights.

10.5. Analytical and retargeting cookies are transferred to third parties already anonymized, and You cannot be identified from such cookies.
Final Provisions and Dispute Resolution
11.1. The rules applicable to the governing law and dispute resolution are specified in the Website Terms of Use.
11.2. The Seller reserves the right to adjust this Privacy Policy or any part thereof, and any related information, from time to time at its own discretion, in accordance with the procedures set out in the Rules.
Validity and Amendments of the Policy
12.1. This Notice is effective as of January 1, 2025. If we change the content of this notice, we will publish its updated and current version on the website collectin.eu or, if necessary, inform about the changes in other ways.
