Items ordered from the collectin.eu online store are delivered throughout Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia within 1–3 business days after payment.

Shipments to parcel machines are delivered only on weekdays and Saturdays.

Items are typically delivered within 1–3 business days to any LP Express or Omniva parcel locker in Lithuania.

Upon receiving the parcel:

If the parcel is damaged: take photos of the damage directly at the parcel locker before removing the items.  

Register the damage on the terminal screen and fill out the damage report form.

During the cold season, we recommend collecting your parcels from the locker as soon as possible to avoid temperature impact on the items.
