Product returns:

Products may be returned within 14 calendar days, subject to being in their original, intact, and undamaged packaging.

Returns Policy:

1. To return an item(s), the Buyer may do so within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery, after first contacting the collectin.eu team via email. info@collectin.eu.

2. When returning items, they must be in their original, neat, and undamaged packaging. The items must be undamaged, unused, and in resalable condition. Additionally, the returned item must include all original components and accessories. If the Buyer received any free gifts with the purchase, these must also be returned.

3. Items not purchased from the Seller or items damaged by the Buyer are non-returnable.

4. Returns of non-defective items are at the Buyer's expense. To return items of suitable quality, the Buyer must send the neatly packaged parcel via a parcel locker, providing the Seller's accurate contact details.

5. In all cases of product returns, the Buyer is responsible for the proper and secure packaging of the transported items. The Seller accepts no liability for damage incurred during transport due to improperly packaged returned goods.

6. The Seller reserves the right to refuse returns if the Buyer fails to comply with the established return policy and procedures.

7. In the event that the Seller does not have suitable replacement items, the Buyer shall be refunded the full amount paid.

8. Refunds are made by bank transfer only; no cash transactions are available.
